Hurrah, I just paid an exortionate £30 for 3 emailed images from an event last summer, just as I only had bike leaning on something pics and was waiting for an excuse..

Got an appalling cameraphone pic of the end of a sunset that looked much better in the flesh (good enough to stop and get phone out anyway).

Was taking an SX trail up high street worth the extra effort?

Not me - but that's his only 'XC" bike, used for everything from the Mega to trail centres. He still manages to beat me on the climbs usually (but then I ride a Pitch and weigh 16.5 stone 😉 )

I found High Street a little disappointing riding wise tbh and a lighter bike probably would have been better - great views though.

Where is your last pic btw?

To ba fair though, you can actually ride all the way around Halifax on awesome trails - do a big circular route of the town - something I'm gonna do this coming summer!

"Where is your last pic btw? "
Which one, I just stuck a few more in? The alpine pic that slopes the other way to the other 2? That would be descending into Meribel-Motteret (I think) Part of the 3-vallees resort (Courchevel being the biggest of the 3)
