Full members can use image facility in editing tools.

Otherwise, I believe the simplest method is to use a photo app such as postimage. This is what I had to do before the fancy editor came along. @scotroutes explained it best, but once in postimage, for each image there is an option for 'hotlink for forums' (from memory) and you just copy that and paste directly into the text box here.

Now that you've mastered the basics, can someone tell me how to upload an image to the classifieds?

How did you manage to get "[url= https://postimages.org/ ]image to url[/url]" stuck next to your image fazzini, was it intentional? Cos if you just post the share "Direct link" you just get a pic

For the wonderful Classifieds, you have to have the pic locally and upload it to the site using the system such as it is. Never tried it on a phone, but it works ok on a PC

Blow me down, it actually worked! I have successfully posted to the classifieds from the work PC. Reducing the files sizes to less then .5mb did the trick.

I think it's because I used 'Hotlink for forums', where now you've reminded me, the direct link works without that appearing!!

I find with Classifieds images I'll upload what I need, and the fist image upload always shows as an error, so I just add it again then select the one I want as the 'feature' image. Conversely, I've only done it using a phone so not sure if that's an issue unique to using mobiles!
