I'm a peasant so can't afford a Garmin/Wahoo, and want to use my Phone (Pixel2) for Nav on a few longer routes.
Has anyone used anything like this? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anti-Shake-Universal-Motorbike-Mountain-handlebars/dp/B074NLNVT2/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_bs_tr_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=M43NPAWQ61685RT4GXRD
Looks OK, and not too pricey (I know Quadlock is usually the answer, but they don't do a case for my phone, so I'd have to get a universal mount, trust sticky pads, and, well, ££££...)
I'm only really planning on using it on the road, no MTB stuff, so doesn't have to be super rugged, but needs to be able to survive the odd pothole. Any alternatives? Up to around £20 or so would be grand.
Ta!
I use this...

...attached to my stem on my xc bike with my Oneplus 3; good waterproof protection, good price and does the job for me
I’ve got a Topeak ridecase which I got for under £20 online new. Maybe check and see if they do a holder for your phone - the one I’ve got is for the iPhone 6/7/8.
Use a bog standard case and make it Garmin quarter-Turn compatible?
