Does anyone know if spindle sleeves (the plastic inserts) are specific to bottom bracket maker on PF30's ie. If replacing a a SRAM PF30 BB with a Chris King one are the spindle sleeves universal (I will be refitting the SRAM 1250 chainset).

I've only encountered these on the newer sram pf30. They certainly aren't used for wheels manufacturing pf30. I would suspect that hope, Chris king etc don't use them either. If they use a 30mm inner diameter bearing then they won't be required as your sram spindle is 30mm.
