So anyhoo got fed up carting two decent bikes on the back of a polo with a saris bones carrier. So traded the polo in for a 16 plate Peugot Partner Tepee. It seems great and If I fold the back seats over I can easily get in 3 29er full suss bikes plus riding gear. The forks actually go over the folded front seats .
My question is for any blingo / partner owners what mods have you made. ? I was thinking of taping a yoga mat onto the back of the rear seats to saves scratching the lowers in transit. Also Im presuming a tarp or cardboard bike box on the floor for wet bikes etc.
Any advice is appreciated , also felt strange getting a 3 year old motor with no bluetooth. #firstworldproblems

Which one did you buy.... Our 15 plate has Bluetooth.

I just leave the front wheels in for two bikes and put them in down each side. And if I need a third I remove the middle single seat and put the third bike in the middle there .

Trail rat its a 2016 (66) Peugeot Partner Tepee 1.6 BlueHDi 75 Active 5dr . Does show bluetooth in the manual but I think its tge Vandem Plas model. I bought a wee £10 amazon adaptor and it works fine tbh.

The internal roofbars - excellent place to have paddles and I can lash my handlebar to the rear one to keep the bike stable when in car (seatpost lowered) and in the middle.
Wind deflectors - they do add noise but having windows opened to let air in without rain (and most midges) is great.
Towbar - can carry 5 bikes and people or as I tend to do, 3 bikes on rear with canoe (inflatable) and associated gear for both plus camping gear and 3 people in car.
Cruise control - absolute godsend for long drives. Got the control stalk for 20 quid from a forum and paid 70 quid for it to be activated - mine is an early 14 so doesn't do the speed limit, but cruises brilliantly.
All season tyres - have worked better in mud and snow than the summer tyres previously.

We're onto our second Fiat Doblo which is a similar concept. Bought a rubber boot liner online (eBay or Amazon, I forget) and some heavy duty rubber floor mats from Van Demon.

No Bluetooth, but we got one of those little FM transmitters that plugs into the ciggy socket; works well enough.

We also have a tailgate awning (Packashack) which hasn't seen much use biking yet, but is handy for camping, hill walking etc when getting changed and I suspect will come in useful when the going gets muddy.
