Opinions?
I was told Specialized did them under their Body Geometry banner, but recalled.
Maybe they just put too much stress on crank threads for predominantly XC type trails but some “Enduro” type riding with a bit of DH.
I’m feeling they are likely to be problematic.
Seems the shortest available at 16mm so quite long.

Added issue for me is I’d need the extension to be pre drilled for an 8mm Allen to tighten the pedal.
Must weaken it.
Reason I’m asking is that nerve damage from a disc herniation has left me needing to use a very forward foot position meaning instep is over axle so the sole misses some pins.

a hollow one isnt going to be very strong. take the pedal apart, hold the axle in soft jaws wrapped around an old inner tube and tighten it up using the flats on the extender and then put everything back together again and fit the extender into the crank.

I bought some from JTeq. They are solid and I have faith in them. You need pedals which you can tighten with a spanner.

Sqlabs do pedals with different axle lengths which is good. Just another idea

I bought some cheap steel ones to experiment with KRS seats as you need to ride a bit bow legged with them. I’ve enjoyed them with my Penthouse Flats but not had them on when I’ve dropped anything big(as I’m quite heavy)

I bought some 5OX flats in long.

They are pretty much the same size as the HT PA03 which I have on other bikes, though those are pretty wide to start with.

both nice pedals, but the HTs are much cheaper.
