Can anyone help with somthing,I'm trying to send money for an item but the other guy keeps getting charged and refunding my money.How do i send to avoid charges?

Purchase tab Personal tab
Goods ? Gift ?
ebay items ? Household expense ?
services ? Personal payment owed ?
Other ?

If he won't pay the charges. And you still want the item, pay an extra 4% on top to cover them.

Or Gift, but you have no protection whatsoever if sent as Gift.

Gift - but that can be a bit riskier if things go wrong.

You'll have to agree between you who pays the charges (or split them) - but, at the end of the day, if you're not happy to pay the charges on top of the "cost" for the item in question, just walk away.

If its off the classified here wasnt there some scammer issues regarding sending money as gift?

If you do gift payment your have no comeback with Paypal for the money if the good don't show up.

If your seller is unknown or a classifieds only user, I'd be very wary

not hard to find the thread,

1 says gift in the add, so pay gift or add the 4% for fees
2 its a classifieds only user so be wary
