Last year I used Cyclemeter on the iPhone to log my commutes. This year I thought I'd give Strava a try, to see what all the fuss is about.
My commute is split by a train journey. With Cyclemeter I was able to pause the app for the train journey part of the commute and this then wasn't counted in the final log. With Strava, it has included the train journey even though the app was paused.
Does anyone have any idea how I'd get around this or do I have to log the rides either side of the train as seperate rides?
Thanks.
Likely separate rides...

You can upload rides from cyclemeter to strava BTW. Just email the ride file from cyclemeter to yourself, then upload the ride to strava via the website
Ooh, thanks. Would that method include segments?
There's a big Play/Pause ride button in the middle of my phone screen when running the Strava APP.
