Is Paul Milnes the shop with the reputation for dodgy service?

I've had mixed experiences with Paul Milnes.... Bought my first 'proper' mountain bike from them.

Still regularly riding my Paul Milnes 531c road bike which I got as my 16th birthday present. In 1988.

They have a lot of nice Genesis road frames reduced which I keep having to step away from.

last time I said it someone (possibly Oldgit?) bought the last listed Volare 853 with Enve forks, sadly theyve got some more in so I'm hoping people will beat me to it again 🙂

If you could buy up the 54's, ta...

Paul Milnes was good enough to help me out last year when I broke a gear hanger. He had a frame in stock the same as mine. And was happy to take the hanger off it and send it to me. Then order himself another one. The manufacturer and Moore & Large didn't want to help at all.
