Can you still ride the trails around Morzine and Les Getz that weekend?

Yes all the trails are open, just buy a lift pass and join the queue.

Will be busy expect 30min queues at Morzine and Les Gets.

Usually when you pay for the event you get a voucher for another days lift pass.

Been 4 times so far worth doing but can be very wet early in the season.

Absolutely. Just get a lift pass and off you go. If you try to get a pass first thing in the morning you may have to wait a while for a ticket office to open while everyone else is signing up and getting passes, but other than that it's okay. Buy a weekend pass anyway.

All Passportes ticket gets you is a bag of promotional stuff, a lift pass for the day plus a bonus for end of the weekend, and entry into the food areas which just serve cold meat and cheese nibbles.

Thanks all
Did it a couple of years ago and enjoyed the whole experience.
I was a bit shocked at the free beer too ... Didn't stop me having a few on the way round though!

Might book the flights and hotel in advance then if you can still take part albeit unofficially.
