You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Just planning next year's first outing. Thinking of doing the Cairngorms Loop not as an ITT but as a more relaxed trip , doing some of the variety of trails off the route so was wondering where was good to park for possibly 4-5 days? Preferably near the southern end of the loop near Blair Atholl and as secure as possible.

Will House of Bruar get upset if you leave it there?
Anywhere on street in Blair Atholl will be fine.
Left at the walkers car park at the start of Glen Tilt, it might get some folk worried so leave a note with someone (Park Ranger?) to say when you're expected back. Same if you leave it in the wee car park by the chippy.
Or ask at the hotel/caravan park and offer to pay a couple of quid if they ask.
Blair Atholl isn't exactly a hotbed of crime.
When we did it we drove up the night before and stayed in a nice B&B. When booking we asked about leaving our vehicle there which was no problem.
