Went to the former trail in the Peaks today - the one off Win Hill ... well it was a Wednesday.
Some sections seemed beyond my level of technique and frankly, courage - I was on my own as well and will revisit with mates although I doubt I'd still ride some bits. The exposure is really quite quite scary.
But how does it compare to say the difficulty of Calderdale's tech trails?

Assuming it's the straight fall line path i think it is, I've done it all on my dh bike in the dry. One very sketchy bit but mostly ok. I won't be rushing back to do it again though.

Cronny - Blimey what tyres do you run for that!?

Onza Octopus tyres. it was put out as an April fools so that the whole UK niche mountain bike market didn't fall though by others buying them all up meaning no one in Calderdale could ride
