Does anyone on here have a Park Tool TS8 Wheel truing stand. Mine has been working fine for a while, but recently I noticed that one side of the stand, the one with the slider to accomodate different widths of hubs, is noticably lower than the other, this means that wheels always sit at an angle and makes the process of truing rather harder.
Has anyone else experienced this? have you been able to do anything about it?

I've measured the drop between the two levels and its about 5mm. There is some vertical movement in the slider and even pushing it up as far as it will go before I tighten it gives me the 5mm drop.
