I saw it advertised briefly on Eurosport or Eurosport2 this afternoon, wasn't paying too much attention so I don't know whether it was just highlights or not.

On Eurosport in a few minutes!
(2.99 a month for eurosport player on your pc/phone/ipda etc, only telly I pay for, lots of good cyling, moto GP, rallycross, WEC etc etc.)

The 2013 edition is showing on Eurosport at the moment. This year's race is live on Sunday on Eurosport from 12.30ish. I don't think it's showing anywhere else though?
