That colour......!
Not sure.
Wine red? Old man burgundy? pre-scab clot?
That is a nice colour! The demo Stumpjumper FSR in 2010 when I bought mine was in a similar red/burgundy colour. It looked better than all of the colours available in the actual range; so a bit of a shame it was only on the demo bikes.
When I first heard Red I wasn't sure, but it sold out pretty quickly and it's the colour I would chose.
(Blue BFe, White Covert, Red Dialled-PAC waiting to be built)
Even the Mrs commented on how nice the colour was when she spotted it over my shoulder last night.
Looks like a Stanton 😉
I preferred the solid gloss green/orange/blue cotic phase.
My old Voodoo Wanga was a similar red. It looked really good when clean but you only had to look at it to put a chip in it.

Here's the FSR demo colour I was on about up there
Same as that year's sx. I have one - is pretty 🙂
Raleigh Nitro
Approves.
Metallic red. Yum
Lovely.
Didn't that used to be called 'Flamboyant'?
I'm toying coquettishly with a purple version for the Rockhopper.
Years ago you'd see Santa Cruz bikes in lots of lovely colours but guess that was before garish coloured and highly decaled plastic became popular.

I used to lust over that particular Heckler, now, they just seem to blend in with everything else out there
Ohhh that Klein up there. My word.
I do like the Cotic colour there, reminded me of the beast of the east 2, wonderful colouring.
