Hello,
Occasionally I get a sort of tingling pain (feels like im trapping something) under my thumb joint and in the fleshy area between my thumb and index finger joints.
I haven't let it get to the point of numbness yet - if I re-adjust my elbows to consciously hold my forearms parallel then it goes away.
I only seem to notice it sat down - stood up is fine. I have my bars lined up centrally so there's room to twist either way.
I understand this is because I have my weight on my bars - but would twisting to have some more backsweep help? Or have I got to look elsewhere?
