I'm gonna see if I can find some branded ones...since I guess you'd rather have something safe over some unbranded risky stuff.

You could look for 661 stuff, they have a 'youth' size, but since it's mostly one size fits all it could be a bit hit or miss. Should be made to the same decent standards as the rest of their kit though.

G-Form. We have some knee and elbow pads. They're not the greatest in terms of protection, but they offer a good amount, but importantly are very slim and flexible and as such are very unobtruisive. They're quite cheap at £35/pair on eBay if you look out for Tredz (who are actually quite good as an eBay seller!).

661 Riot pads come up quite small. i bought the large size for the GF and they were much too tight. in small they may be alright for your young'un....

maybe look into skate pads, many more about for young kids

Hola Joe....

661 elbow ones and some knee ones look like the future here - cost is a bit more, but they should *work* and with an over confident 10 year old, likely worth getting....
