Looking to replace the pads on my hardtail shortly, has 'resin only' discs fitted. What are the pros and cons to organic pads and semi metallic pads? Ruled out sintered for the obvious reasons. Help and advice very much appreciated

Still not sure what the issue is with running sintered pads on these discs, never had any problems doing it, including excessive wear (though your situation may vary).
