Doing a little bikepacking trip, will stay overnight in a B&B but trying to figure out what to bring. I'm all good if it's dry but feels like I need spare clothes if I end up wet, dry shoes for the evening being one consideration. If I'm dry then a change of top/underwear and a towel/trunks for a swim (headed to the coast) is all I need.

What do you pack for this kind os scenario?

On overnight trips I carry lightweight trousers, a t-shirt/ long sleeve top, lightweight down jacket, hat and water shoes for wearing after the riding.

You need evening clothing but not a spare riding gear As that will just end up wet! It will feel horrible for about 1min putting on wet clothes then fine.

Just take some lightweight clothes for the evening, might depend if you are heading down the pub. Let your cycling clothes dry overnight as much as possible and use them again the following day. If it's raining on the second day they are going to get damp/wet anyway.

You can do multiple days like this - the fact that you are wearing the same clothes each evening doesn't matter as you are at different places and no-one will know. Wash the bibs if you want but I don't bother.

If your bibtights are wet you can speed up the drying process by laying them, inside out, on your towel, rolling it up like a Swiss Roll, then twisting it. The towel will soak up a lot of the moisture. Then hang them overnight to dry.
