Does anyone have an idea how much a custom build stone or brick shed capable of housing 4 bikes might cost?

Also interested in any other secure and visually attractive outdoor storage anyone has come up with. Maybe an underground bike cave or something similar 🙂

Thanks in advance for any info

Depends what you consider 'attractive'.

I guess by attractive I mean "not a massive metal box"

A massive metal box might be OK, just want some vague idea of more desirable alternatives

Attractive as in attract attention?

If so, anything made of thin balsa wood with a big sign announcing how much bike you have stored in a very thin and easily broken wooden structure!

Yes, it would obviously need to be as secure as possible. Wooden sheds are out of the question.

A metal shed would probably be secure enough, just trying to explore any more aesthetically pleasing, and possibly more secure, alternatives

Based upon a post yesterday, about the same as a house of the same size...

Proper timber framed shed with cedar / similar cladding. Proper door. Attractive and secure.
