I've got a load of gels that went out of date in July (Torq ones). If I eat them over the next month or so, is it going to kill me?

Nope. I did eat one that was a year old once, and whilst it tasted rank I’m still here

Rhubarb and custard ones?  Well, yes, definitely. Send them here and I'll deal with them. Nom

Strawberry ones. The internet verdict appears to be sugars a preservative so it'll be fine.

I’d take some loperamide if planning to use them in a ride...

When are people actually going to learn what best before dates mean? It's not hard. There would be so much less waste in the world.
