Hi all,

I have a 2020 Rallon M20 that didn't come with any info on shock or sag settings.

Do any of you have some basic set up tips please.

What sag should I be aiming for etc.

Cheers

Steve

Sag is arbitrary and not relevant to anything other than a starting point.

Look on YouTube - plenty of videos that give you info on how to set up the suspension.

What shock is it? Fox will probably suggest some 'starting point' settings for your weight and riding style.

Cheers.

Shock is: Fox DPX2 Performance 3-Position Evol

Fork is: Fox 36 Float Performance 170 Grip 3-Position

Not sure what sag settings to go with as a start

Aim for around 30%, take a shock pump, go razz your bike in the woods, adjust, razz some more, adjust, razz...you get the idea. Agonising over a click or two isnt going to turn you from Barry Backpack into Danny Hart.
Go razz it 🤘

Do you have a sticker on the inside of the chainstay?  My (older) Oiz has one of these with shock and fork settings by rider weight.

I'll double check tonight but don't think it does. I was invisiframing it yesterday and don't remember seeing it.
