As title really. Just interested in the verdict (and whether I can justify an upgrade from the MK11). Ta.

Still smashing in Orange 5 RS. Four years old now and still rides great. Selling the DH bike at the moment as the Five is faster and more fun. I appreciate this is no help at all. And to be fair I prefer the P7 to the 5 these days😁

Ha, funnily enough I have a P7 too - also bloody great, although I'd part with the hardtail before my Five, if push came to shove (mainly just coz my back is fairly knackered).

Just sold a stage 6 and awaiting my new alpine 6 coming soon no help from me either.
But there great bikes to ride very reliable and built very well and.if in the unlikely event you ever do incurable problem they are absolutely brilliant at sorting it especially given the 300 yard distance from there site to my house .
P.s I always go through a dealer too dispite having friends work there .is just tHinksey it's the right thing plus you can choose colours and have it re powdered years later to freshen it up.
Guy who bought my stage couldn't believe it wasn't brand new .

Bud - cheers for that. I only ride Oranges anyway, been a convert for 20 odd years. Just wondering about the differences between my 2017 Five and the new one - more interested in rider views than mag reviews. How come you switched from a Stage 6 to Alpine?
