getting the garmin ready, added Tourmalet and luz Ardiden, any other option for hills leaving and returning to Luz S-S would be gratefully received 🙂

It must be about 10 years since we camped there as a family, it's absolutely beautiful scenery. It was before I got a road bike and the kids were too young to leave my wife with for a 'big day out' anyway. Driving up the Tourmalet was memorable enough, let alone riding up it. There are signs at least every km saying how you're doing. Hope you're in good shape, I'm very jealous.

I recommend climbing the Aspin and Hourquette de Ancizan too. I did this last July, snow and freezing temps on Tourmalet so carry extra layers even if its OK weather in Luz SS, it was pretty brutal.
