To be honest I really don't see spending £90-135 on pedals any worse than someone spending £120-140 on an X-O or XTR rear derailleur, and I'd say that pedals have a greater effect on your riding than a flashy derailleur IMO.
Referring to Jedi's OP, I will say that they do look nice, but look like they could do with longer pins.

I could be wrong, but from the pictures they look properly flat. Always preferred flat pedals to be concave really. Do look nice though.

Not bad at all. Depth is awesome, weight is perfectly acceptable. Shame they don't come in black 🙂

Just got the azonic 420s mail order; thought they would be bigger, wider perhaps. Put next to v12s they seem smaller if anything. Thought about the podiums but £40 seemed easier to bear than £120.
hmmm i still cant decide what pedals. the new azonic dont feel right at all. podiums look like they'll work. got to be a pedla my lbs can get for me 🙂

Check the straitlines too, still think these are one of the best pedals on the market (without spending mental bucks).
