So,I've,ahem, bought a trials bike and it's going to be a steep learning curve...My mountain bike skills are reasonable,if cautious: I can trackstand a bit, hop the front wheel over an obstacle and deal okay with the red runs at my local trails but this bike is so completely different. At 45 please tell me that with plenty of practice I can get the hang of it! Any tips much appreciated.
wear bubble wrap?
practice it in the garage where no one can see.

And at 45 you are a mere youngster 😉
Oh, and good choice on the bike! You may want to think about getting better rear pads and a brake booster on the back, the frame flex is mahoosive on my Zoot!
Have fun!
My 12yr old is looking for one, so if any of you decide it's not for you, give us a shout.
I worry myself sometimes....
