Yesterday I managed to catch the light as it seperated itself. Every bloody ride I tighten it up and halfway through the lights either pointing over the side or waggling like crazy.

Are you using the screw type mount that came with the airbike?

I replaced mine with the Q/R lumicycle mount as ti was quicker to attach and remove

+1 for lumi mount. Air one is useless.

Might try threadlock, but thanks for the Lumi link

There are brackets very similar to those for £3 on CRC. I used one of those.

they're out of stock again.

You take the top bit off and swap the nuts around and it's done. Mine's been going for 2 years like that.

Its still in warranty. I think I'll ask Onone if they can replace it. After all, its a design fault?

if it's a design fault you'll just have the same problem with a new one though?

I'd go with the threadlock thing if you don't remove the light too often.

I solved mine comming loose by putting a couple of washers under the conical metal thing.
Don't know if its because one of us overtightened it but Mrs TR's clamp has split and is currently bodged with tape as One on didn't have any spares

Lumicycle mount +1

The original takes forever to remove or fit if you are commuting as well as coming loose. Never had a problem with the lumicycle mount since and its easy enough to swap between different sized bars too.
