I am a qualified personal trainer specialising in improving cyclists strength, endurance and therefore overall performance.
I came up with this idea as when I was training for a 24hr endurance event. I was searching online to try and find an affordable training plan to follow but found nothing.
I write individual plans that are personalised to each individual. I can also give nutrition advice to help improve your performance.
