Anyone here use an online accounting based software /app. Looking at xero, sounds very good and should help me keep more organised company accounts. Any personal recomdations for any others?
We use Xero in work, it's brilliant (so says the MD and the bookkeeper) and it integrates with our CRM system which means we've stopped forgetting to invoice for stuff.
FreeAgent - useful for smalll business
Connects to my business account and handles all vat / paye / dividend stuff and expenses etc
10% off the monthly fee if you use a recommendation
Another vote for zero. Accountant put me onto it and it is so easy to use
I use Kashflow and find it perfect for what I need.
Try the trials they offer, xero didn't suit what I needed, which was evident during a trial.
+1 for Xero. Great for getting actual payment too as you can link it to CRM, Stripe (one click to pay from your invoice by card + much more) and Gocardless (DD subscriptions). Many more integrations available as you scale and an active development team / community. No free tier which may be an issue if you're a low volume user.
Brightbooks for the free element. But you can pay for it too if want to certain features.
Good support.

Another vote for free agent.
