So SRAM germany have apparently 'repaired my forks', with a brand new set of forks with no decals applied etc. Dont even get me started! Which means my beautifully threaded steerer for my oneup edc has now vanished and I'm due to Scotland for the weekend on Thursday evening!! (the shop told me they'd been only repaired not replaced) has anybody got one they can send me like now?! Or lives locally to Stourbridge/Kidderminster and I can borrow it!? I'd just buy one but it seems everywhere is out of stock. I really want to avoid fitting a star nutt to then have to remove it.
Hope head doctor would work as a temporary measure and be easier to remove once you get back.
I'm not anywhere near you, but I've got one near M1 junction 30 if you want to divert on the way up.
