Has anyone experienced the above noise on one of these droppers, it was new in January and be clicking ever since, its slowly been getting worse. I've gone through the bike, inspected everything, swapped saddles, greased bolts and bearings until I borrowed a stethoscope snd found its loudest on the dropper. It won't click when the post of dropper and I do the above movement, it's only when it's fully extended. Also noticed the collar/seal head comes loose, I've contacted oneup who mentioned a need an oversized pin kit, I thought that's just to reduce the rotating play? Also the collar coming loose isn't an issue unless it unscrews all the way,

Have you tried re greasing /carbon pasting the seat tube?
Yes. I've had the post out a few times with carbon paste, then just greasez also had the internal clamp out, cleaned etc with no change
