I'm going to try and make a travel spacer for my brand X where the V1 one up are meant to work.
I've got a old polyethlene pill bottle to try that is quite stiff and about 0.7mm thick... or some 0.5mm brass. Not sure about the brass really but really trying to guess how stiff the real ones are.
I used the plastic from one of those clear take away cartons for my GF's Brand-X - still working 2 years in.
Cool .. V1 not quite there yet but if that's about the right thickness I'll keep trying.
Cool, so V2 worked on a 125mm, just needed to measure more accurately.
Now need to decide how much I need to drop the 200mm
I found it easier to get some v small zip ties and cut them into pieces the correct length and insert them in the key-ways. Been in there 2 years now with no problems

The cut up vitamin bottle is working now though still to set the length and stick into the 200mm ... It's all tested on the 125mm so hopefully nothing changed and it will still work.
