the kids are off at a birthday party with mum so I've had two hours to myself. Lucky enough to ride straight out of the door on to good stuff I've just been up to th top of the hill, touched on to the moor, down the bike track (lady cannings) back along the road to explore some suburban bridleways I'd seen on a map, back up to the cafe for a salted caramel and toffee fudge ice cream in the sun before a quick spin back up the hill to home, and it's been absolutely perfect.

Everyone's out enjoying the sun.

I found out what the rattle is on my drivetrain.

I've beaten the kids back and been able to do some brownie point gaining jobs.

Family time ahead this afternoon and a bottle of wine and a film with my beautiful wife tonight.

Spot. On.

Happy Sunday everyone.

Spent the morning cleaning up at the allotment. It's raining really hard here now.

CBA getting wet through, but with daylight till 9pm I will get out for a ride in a bit.

Totally agree with the OP's sentiment.

Great day all in (though we're just having a mini thunderstorm come over)

Out very early (6am) Paddleboard over on the Witterings before the tide came hooning in. Then soft paddle around Chichester Harbour in blazing sunshine and NO WIND!!!!! All my dinghy mates were looking on at me with squinty eyes as I paddled around them whilst wearing a cheesy grin.

And now the Giro.

😀
