I knackered my knee years ago playing too much football so biking has replaced running for me. I have noticed that the muscles on my good leg are getting visibly bigger and more defined than my weaker leg. Is this ok or should I take steps to sort it out?? I was thinking of setting the turbo trainer up and just riding on the weaker leg for half an hour each night!
Is there any reason why this might be a bad idea?

You could try adding an ankle weight band to your weak leg.

Bad leg squats is what you need.
I also started wearing an ankle weight on my bad leg.
