According to my Google photos feed, was the day I got whisked to Cwm Rhaeadr by Middleagedmadness (who travelled from the Midlands with an electric scooter for Lyanda) and his son to have a ride. First met Middleagedmadness, Ambrose, Toofarwest and a number of others. First time at Cwm Rhaeadr too, brilliant trails. It was a very good day.

Never did get round to cleaning the bike, still looks like that now! Must put that on the to do list with everything else.
Good post! I've been following your story, and it's great to see you looking back to good memories. Being able to think about riding bikes and not just survival really helps with survival. Best wishes.
