Im in the process of rebuilding an old steel P7 into a bike packing rig and am looking at a new bar set up to replace the narrow flat 90's bar and stem. I quite like the look of the mickey bar - bit of rise plus the loop for gear attachment.

any body using them? I was wondering how comfy they are and how the sweep felt. Can't seem to find anything on line about them

I use the Alpkit version (exactly the same, as far as I can see). I’m no handlebar connoisseur but they work well for me as a bikepacking bar.

I think they are great! Very easy and secure to hook a bag underneath without a harness, and plenty of space on top for strapping something else securely. Big fan so far.

They come nice and wide so you can cut to fit, and the sweep feels like every other low rise bar out there at the moment. I normally use funn bars and can't tell a difference (yet) in terms of control and comfort.
