I'm toying with buying an Inbred (26") frame predominantly as a commuter but also looking toward my long term aspirations for an off-road touring bike.

I'm 6ft exactly and was wondering what size people are riding? Looked at the website and a 18" is recommended.

Advice greatly received.

18 sounds about right. They have quite a long top tube. I am 5'8" and a 16 is spot on.

Im 6'4" and found my 20" inbred too small when climbing. However I now have it as a shopping bike and it's a little too long with mary bars and a short stem 🙂

So Id say go 18" with an inline post, but be prepared to shuffle forward on steep climbs.

6'3" and found my 18" great. Long TT so felt just fine, lot of seatpost sticking out tho. Now rocking an 18" 456.

18" here and I'm a nats under 6ft. I've got 18" normal inbred, 18" 456, and a 20" original inbred. The 20" felt gate like, even for road touring.

18" ones are lovely.

Do it!
