Looking for a bar bag for the on one Geoff bar. Any other options other than beer babe inner tube one? Maybe something a bit cheaper?

I have a beer babe and it's quality. I think she is on here somewhere.

I've had a look round her site and think I'm going to ask for one for my birthday 🎂. They do look quality.

Is it still worth wrapping the bars if using a bag? Can lights etc etc still be fitted to the front loop?

I’ve got two beerbabe bags, one is deeper than the other (standard) one which works well with the compression strap-esque attachment to fit a bit more in when needed. I have the bars partially wrapped as well as I appreciate the extra cushioning, even though when using the bag I am limited a bit to resting my hands on the bars rather than gripping on for grim death! I have mounted lights on the bars when using the bag but have moved towards alternatives such as a fork mounted bracket as I found that the light attachment got in the way of accessing the bag a bit.

I went for a Jones bar bag from Bothy Bikes.

May have gone up a bit since I got mine so the Beerbabe is probably better value, but I find it fits great. I've wrapped the loop too. I did need to get a 3d printed bracket to mate with with an Exposure extension gizmo to mount lights on the front loop so they didn't interfere with the bag though...

How do you use the extra hand positions provided by these bars if the gap is filled with a close fitting bag?

The Jones bag has gaps for thumbs on the brace of the loops.
Using the extensions is fine as you can just rest on the top of them.

The Garmin MTB mount works with the Exposure gopro mount, if you already have one knocking about 😉
