Anybody help me getting a new freehub for my on one fatty I've been trying to get one since November they have now sent me the wrong freehub 4 times the one that is broken is a selcof freehub is red

I purchased the wheels second hand I have no idea if they are v1 or v2 however the v1 freehub doesn't fit as the axle is thicker so the freehub won't even go on the axle

Thanks

Throw up a pic of the freehub if you can, it may be the same as a known manufacturers hub, eg. Formula

Im sure its the other way around.
I got my fatty just over a year ago, and my freehub is the aluminium red one.
I am sure the new ones are steel, which is what the black one looks like.

I have the Fatty V1 freehub which is steel. I've never seen the aluminum ones myself.

Maybe look at SunRingle freehubs. Some people were using the pawls and springs as replacements for On-One hubs. And the freehubs certinly look very similar.

And I found this photo on Google images and it looks very much like yours...

Well they have assured me that black one they have sent out is a v1 freehub. The red one that came of mine is obviously not a v1 as it doesn't fit

Mate had an On One hub and they were clueless to what he had also and had no idea to get a replacement freehub. He gave up and binned the wheel. This was after sending photos etc. I guess they just grab batches of hubs mark them as On Ones, bang them out cheap and hope nothing goes wrong.

Is there a number code on the cartridge bearing seal on your original hubs? That will be the key to determining whether you have V1 or V2 (which is a larger axle, I believe).

My V1 hubs use 6001 bearings; 2 in the front hub, 2 in the rear hub shell, and 2 in the freehub body.

Per http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/WSPXRBE/planet-x-replacement-wheel-bearing V2 uses a 6902 bearing:

Wheel, Front Hub, Rear Hub Drive Side, Rear Hub Non Drive Side, Freehub

On-One Fatty, 6001RU, 6001RU, 6001RU, 6001RU,
On-One Fatty V1.5, 6001RU, 6902RU, 6902RU, 6902RU,
On-One Fatty V2.0, 6902RU, 6902RU, 6902RU, 6902RU,
