I order a new whippet early April, I have called and called and finally promised delivery this Thursday or Friday (they never bother calling back). My other half waited in both days and nothing arrived, we tried calling today and yesterday and just get a recorded message saying "we are very busy and will call you back" which they haven't.
Has anyone else had the same?
I've always had ace service from them, prompt deliveries and good contact. Not sure what's going on here. They do seem to be pretty commercially active right now so perhaps they're spreading themselves a little thin.
I know things are mad busy there at the moment and they have had a tough time with staff. I also know they are committed to getting it all sorted out, getting new staff trained up and up to speed.
I would keep trying till you get through to talk to customer service. They will usually sort you out if things haven't gone as well as expected too.
I order a scandal 29er over two weeks ago and heard nothing back. I called them a few times and was promised callbacks. Only managed to sort things this week. Bit of a dissappointing experience really.
My main concern now is that a lot of the 29er XT components are appearing in the summer sale big the bike hasn't been further reduced...

I've always been happy with On-One service. They are an expanding business, and shit happens, but they sort it out in your favour.
I've used them a few times over the last couple of months had no problems and service was great and always helpful. They also put some good deals on and at the moment there are some big discounts in the summer sale.
They do make the odd mistake but they usually deal with then with goodwill
