Didn't we do this stuff last year and the year before? The dockless bike thing started dying 18 months ago.
Now e-scooters on the other hand... 🙄

it's not waste if they're metal bikes...all recyclable, or denotable to developing nations. Gifting a bike to impoverished farmers in Africa for example can be transformative for them getting them on the first rung on the ladder to improving their lives and outlook. Even if they are metal bikes and end up in landfill then metal is biodegradable, it comes from the earth and ultimately returns to the earth. Would be a different story if they piles of carbon bikes.
