What do you do with old bike helmets?
Just purchased a new road helmet so my old urge one is now not going to be used. I've got prob three old MTB ones too...
Smash em and bin em, unless I have some sentimental reason to keep them. Quite cathartic actually.

Personally I don't believe the concept of best before dates on bike lids is valid. I think if they are in usable condition (not crashed, cracked etc and not minging) then use it yourself or if you have to have a new one give it someone who will use it. You cant recycle them so its landfill otherwise.
