Bikepacking has hit the nationals, yesterday in the Torygraph and today there's a feature in the Sunday Times. Yes yes, an author has a book to promote but there's some rather lovely sounding routes described.
Sorry.
Nice one, Cinnamon Girl!
And for those of you who don't read the Times:
Wylye Valley, Wiltshire
South Downs, Sussex
Peddars Way, Norfolk
Grizedale, Lake District
^^ Esme your Grizedale link is broken
Esme - thank you but your Wylye Valley link isn't working. I know some of that route and it's particularly scenic. 🙂
Just to add that there's some stunning pics of Hampshire where the author follows Wayfarer's Walk which includes the Watership Down area.
Touring.
Also in the metro last week, on a fatbike. I know the writer too 😉
Oh, sorry, I'll try again:

and my "Sick as a dog" thread has died.....
I liked it all before it was famous
Thanks Esme. 😀

Better the public are warned about tramps on bikes, no?
😉
To echo Rocketdog: the metro article was really good*
