went to Afan last August and it poured down :o( I wasnt prepared for it and was ill equiped and so left early aftewr 2 days. It was only 1 month into my return to mountain biking after 20 odd years off smoking and getting fat and unfit. Am going to return this august for a long weekend and hope the weather is better, but if not (it is Wales after all) I will be better equiped to deal with it, more kit, better kit and also a higher level of fitness, motivation and tolerance of rain and wet clothes.
I hope there is enough to do there to keep me going for 3-4 days??
Last time I did w2 on first afternoon and skyline the next day but even that was only a a few hours.
I notice there are a few more trails now but is there enough off route stuff to keep me going for 4 days?
