Plymouth might be bit too far, but I can recommend Filthy Foxes Dirty Weekenda women's only skills weekend based at the home of Twnetyfour12, Newnham Park. a full weekend of coaching, riding and maybe a bit of healthy competition. Delivered for women by women.

Mrs Xcwanabe did this yrs events and will be back for more next year. If you want to come down and camp with her, I'll show you around the local trails and maybe a trip up onto Dartmoor.

How about Dark and White trailquest mtb orienteering events in the peaks. She can go at her own pace and it's a bit of an adventure.

Depends what sort of riding you're after, but Hell of the North Cotswolds (HONC) in April nr Cheltenham is worth looking at. 50k is easy if the weather is dry. It's XC.
Sells out quickly, but you'll always find entry for sale on here. Relatively cheap too.
