Ive got a bit of a strange problem and i cant think what i might have done wrong to cause it,so thought id see if you lot know the reason.

I have a bos kirk shock, and normally need 215psi in the air can to achieve my normal 21mm of sag.

Ive just taken the air can apart to change the seals, and now it needs 250psi to achieve the same amount of sag, i cant think what ive done wrong to cause it,any ideas?

Just to rule a few things out:-

- i have equalised the negative and positive air chambers.

-it has the same amount of volume reducers as it had before i changed the seals

-im using the same shock pump before and after
- the shock is not leaking any air (it had a small leak before i changed the seals)

- aside from needing more pressure for the same amount of sag,it feels fine when bouncing up and down, all damping adjustments are working as usual.

- im 2lb heavier as a result if xmas,so its not that ive gained 2 stone since i last set the sag
