I have some Shimano Octalink cranks and a press fit frame with HTII compatible bottom bracket installed.
Does anyone make and axle that will make the two work together? I can't find one.
nope
You might be able to find a converter that makes your press-fit BB into a standard threaded one, then you can put the Octalink BB in that. Was all the rage to convert back to threaded when press-fit first went mainstream.
Why do you want to go back to an old standard?
I don't want a new BB adapter and a new BB, that's too much faff I just wanted a new axle so I can use some perfectly good cranks.

Not want but need if you are committed to using an octalink bb (can you still get one?)...... Put the octalink cranks on ebay, buy shimano HTII cranks

You'll need an adapter to fit a threaded Octalink bottombracket something like this

edit obviously not that specific one as thats for a SRAM pressfit BB but if you look I'm sure find something

That's the only way you're going to get it to work
I'd bin the Octalinks, not the best !

I think getting hold of what will be a completely custom made (and adjustable) axle to make your octalink cranks fit a completely and massively incompatible bottom bracket will show you what faff really is.
