looking at these for both road and mtb, tried both on liked the jambones, thought the radar looked a bit 80's on me.

Any alternatives that can match oakley for style, service and warranty?

Also any recommendations where I can get cheap?

found livestrong jawbones for £129 so far

Well, the wife always hated my m-frames. Said I looked like the love child of Botham and Agassi. I got rid of them for some jawbones. She's now got some radars. Bit of a cheek really. I find the jawbones feel really stable but I can just see the frame at the edge of my field of vision. Not really a major problem though. In contrast, the radar feels a bit flexible but offers a better field of vision.

Both fit close to the face and therefore, even the vented ones mist a bit.

I bought some M-frames (for me) and a Radar Path (for missus) for Xmas from these folks. Good price and service.

Split Jackets? Not quite as goofy looking as jawbones, which are pretty massive.

Yep, I like my Jawbones a lot but if I was buying now I'd go Split Jackets instead.

Find Jawbones much too big for my face, but love my Radars.
