[Closed] Oakley - crash damaged frames?

I broke my Oakley Radar EVs in a crash the other day. A kind man picked up most of my belongings and took them to a friend's house but my oakleys are now missing an arm (and surprisingly unscratched given the state of my helmet and face). A quick google is only bringing up the arm sock parts but I need a whole new arm.

Has anyone had any success getting frame part replacements direct from Oakley before? And if so, from whom?

THanks

Hi Jo - can you remember how you got in contact with them? I'm not finding their site very easy to navigate. I might have to admit that the concussion is still with me though.

Good luck.

I broke a pair of Jawbreaker Prisms in April and got told they couldnt replace them.  Their website is an absolute nightmare to navigate and their customer service was generally shocking.

I dropped my prescription Oakleys a couple of months ago and the frame snapped, got in touch with them via the online support portal, told them I dropped them and sent them a couple of photos. They asked me to send them in to them, pre paid, and a couple of weeks later I got my glasses back with a new frame.
