Having been riding for nearly 20 years, long overdue need to dispose of some inherent trail gremlins lurking in my riding style early in 2015. Anyone got 1st hand experience and can recommend me a skills course/company they have used? ta

I've heard Sublime Rides are great if you fancy a day in the lakes

Ant at Trailmotions & Ed Oxley both in Lancs. Or Pro guides if you can travel to stainburn.

Excellent guide and instructor operates out of the south lakes and Rivington - mountain bike skills - mike stafford - you ll have a great day would highly recommend him.
